New to the Reformer? This 50 minute introductory class is the perfect place to begin. Offered periodically on our schedule, this session is designed to help you feel confident, comfortable, and ready to join our regular Reformer classes.
Ideal for first-time clients or anyone looking for a refresher before progressing into our full class schedule, this class is optional, not mandatory. No prior Pilates experience is necessary.
